Please be advised that we will be conducting a planned Disaster Recovery (DR) test during the window below.
Maintenance window: 📅 Date: 06 June 2026 🕗 Time: 20:00 – approximately 22:00 (UK time)
As part of this test, we will fail over production services from our primary site to our secondary site, and later fail back.
Expected impact Components affected: -Accounting Integrations (Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct) -Payments-API.xe.com -Money Transfer Website -XE Mobile App
Customers should expect two short periods of service unavailability Each outage is expected to last up to 10 minutes The first outage will occur at 20:00 The second outage is expected between 21:30 and 22:00
Outside of these brief windows, services will be available and operating normally. This activity is essential to ensure the ongoing resilience, reliability, and recoverability of our services.
